★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Anis and the other staff (sorry didn't notice your name, but you guys awesome) are very friendly, nice and understanding. Two of my furkids are very fierce but they handled it professionally. They don't make me feel awkward despite the chaos made by my furkids. Definitely my top list vet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved this clinic, even recommended to some friends. The distance from my home to this place is over 30 minutes but I still chose to come here cos I loved the treatments here.
However, last time I sent my cat for spaying and had to leave her overnight cos she’s a female cat. The receptionist didn’t inform me I need to pick up my cat before 1, otherwise there is an extra charge. I did ask her what time should I pick up my cat but she said anytime can as long as before 7pm.
But the next day I received a text saying I need to pick up my cat before 1pm (and it was already 12.40pm), otherwise there is an extra charge, and the person told me they have trained their staffs to inform the customers to pick up the cat by 1pm, yet nothing was informed when I made the payment. And NO APOLOGIES from their side. I wouldn’t mind if they have told me earlier but no nothing, only told me 20 mins before 1pm and expect me to be there by 1pm?? Unbelievable. Attitude ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I brought an injured stray cat there, I never have cat, I don't know how to bring the cat out from my car and I am nervous. Big thanks to the doctor and nurses, they are very helpful! They help me bring the cat from car to clinic and comfort the cat. Although they don't have the emergency medical equipment, but they try their best to help the cat.?thank you very much!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time datang sini, one of my friend recommended to come here! Alhamdulillah staff and doctor sangat friendly and we received excellent consultation from Doc Anis Sofea! Sangat berpuas hati.. compared to other vets, I think sini cheapest we got so far, for 6 meds + consultation = RM76.00
We will definitely come here again! Thanks. Wish my babies Loki and Lucy recovered soon.
