★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love Genki. I’ve had it in Hawaii and Cali. I’m an American living in KL. Was at the mall looking for some food. It’s pretty cheap for the quality of sushi you are getting. Instead of tea bags they give you matcha powder and wasabi in packets. Staff is super friendly and it’s an amazing place to bring your kids because of how the food just travels to your table on the belt. If you want sushi I’d check it out. Cool date spot too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had many lunches at Genki Sushi. It is very clean and efficient restaurant and the bullet train delivery is brilliant. The best thing about the options at Genki is the food is healthy, light and colorful, so you feel like you have had a very balanced meal. The service is also very friendly and efficient! Keep up the good work Genki team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The sushi portion seems to be smaller here yet pricier than the other sushi places I frequent. Taste wise it was good for most that I tried, salmon was fresh which is a huge plus and perfectly smoked. The sushi rice was cooked well too as you can still get the bite of the grain, fluffy and sticky as it should be. The Tamago was probably my least favourite of all as it tasted mediocre at best. I quite enjoy their garlic butter variant, it's worth a try as I've never had that in other sushi places.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The price range is in the middle. Unfortunately the food quality was just okay to below average, particularly the cream udon which was tasteless (tasted like a canteen food tbh). The ones which I found okay were the salmons. Other than that, the foods were just ‘meh’ for me (not bad but not really good either)…which (in my opinion) doesn’t justify the price.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place for families. Halal Japanese restaurant. Fast service. My all time favourite is salmon soup and cheesy mochi. Must try! Soup is good for 1 person, with 2-3 piece for salmon belly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was my first time dining in Genki Sushi, I came here for Iftar. The good & fun place to eat sushi because they serve the food with express train.
The price is average but the food I ordered was great. I love their Chicken Teriyaki Bento! They also have free flow hot green tea! We spent around RM112 for 2 including taxes (we ordered a bit much cuz we love sushi)
The staffs are friendly and helpful. The sushi service is fast but for bento have to wait around 15 minutes. The environment was a bit tight but quite cozy.
Overall, its just okay. The price for salad itself very affordable one because it contains salmon and diced eggs but the fries is kind overprice cuz its just fries with mayonnaise ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pretty decent tasting Japanese cuisine and quality sushi, but the price is quite high for the portion size. It's quite a fun experience watching the train deliver your food. I hope that the air conditioning here can be toned down a little since it was really chilly during my dining experience and it made all the hot food and soups cold easily.
