★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Elevators are always broken. You have to take your garbages down to G floor for throwing away. Not allow to have all kind of pets, if you have, they will take the pet from you right away withour informing you in advanced. Not really cheap though. No pet friendly, security guards are rude and cruel.
