★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay , perfect location for everything literally . But the management is not great , parking is very limited and outside parking are quite expensive and the guards.. omg . Rude and inconsiderate , they run this place as if they own it . They need to learn how to speak properly and not yell . Ouh and they are not Malaysians .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to stay but management has gotten rid of all stray cats there who actually serve a role in controlling rat population at nearby eatery. Not the smartest move.Lets pray leptospirosis is not in the cards.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are looking for a low dense, hidden condominium in the heart of Kelana Jaya, the Kelana Parkview Condominium is your place. The condo sits behind the Kelana Parkview Shop Lots and Office Tower and the access gate are via from the side. The location for the condo is perfect, and most of the shops and eateries are just a short walk away. The Paradigm Mall and Kelana Park is just across the LDP, which is accessible via the fly over pedestrian bridge.
The Condo itself has been around for many years, and could use a new coat of paint, and some minor maintenance to be done for the lifts, and the access roads. Security to the condo is pretty strict, which should always be the case, to avoid unwanted visitors from walking in, especially now with the University around the corner, tend to get more students renting and visitors coming over. Despite that the condo is relatively home to many residence, who have been living for many years, making it their home.
Swimming pool is great, but the kids slide need some maintenance. There is also the squash court flooring which needs some maintenance.
Overall a excellent choice for those looking for someplace to call home.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed here before. Basic amenities & facilities for residents. Nearby Paradigm mall. Short travel distance for eateries hotspots in PJ. Traffic congestion during peak hour. At night, there's a few stalls outside the condo e.g. nasi berlauk ?
