β β β β β Went in to buy my phone cable, after purchased the box was not sealed and damaged. The employee took a long time inside to return my change and an unsealed product which has been opened many times is what I get. Disappointed with the service.

β β β β β I would give this negative if I could the most useless Huawei store. Went to replace my on off mate x20 button they tried to rip me off 600+ bucks when another Huawei could just pull it off for RM 60. Just stay away from Huawei in general if you want the best value and great customer service Samsung is way better. I regret buying Huawei and their service esp Sunway Pyramid is awful.

β β β β β Great service, look for chap named Jonah. Bought a Mate 20 and Jonah was patient, detailed and careful to explain every details to me. Friendly, young lad which is a shining example in the Retail industry. Thumbs up.
