2. Long queue. No social distancing
3. Chasing people off prior to closing hours
4. Redirect you to JPJ SP when you’re requesting for a letter. Maybe they can list down their service scope so it’ll ease people?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The JPJ UTC Sg Petani(SP) RELA personnel did their job well. 3 times went to JPJ SP & 2nd time to JPJ UTC SP and managed to enter the building. After lining up nearly 2 hrs, was told the system went down. All of us were later told to come next day ?. Nasib tak baik ?
