โ โ โ โ โ We had lunch today at OโBriens. The place is crowded at that time and our table at the corner which we cant see the cashier/ pick up food area. Their service when we ordered our food was excellent. The female staff suggested the menu cause i dont know how to order the bread that i want. However, when we want to make a payment the cashier was being sarcastic when i just said oโbriens chocolate for the drinks. He said hot or cold and make a face. But im still ok until they called our order no and we are not focus due some discussions. Then when we realised our order no. being called many times suddenly the same cashier said loudly โtak dengar keโ which i felt so upset and embarrassed. How could the staff being so rude. Just because i hv paid my order then you can treat us like that? Im really sorry for not hearing when all staff calling our order no. But that staff should never treat customer like that.

โ โ โ โ โ I ordered a classic tripledecker sandwich and a cafe latte which were very delicious and tasty. The service was quite fast by the staff and the place was not very crowded during lunch hour.

โ โ โ โ โ I have come here several times for breakfast. Each time Iโm left with mixed reviews. The tables are often left with the customerโs leftovers and it takes quite a while for the staffs to come and clean it. The food tastes good. Big portion. Price is ok for a portion that big. The staffs however, shouldโve been more friendly. Not friendly at all to us as well as the customers after us. Some come here for the first time and some customers are regulars. They should have instead explained the breakfast set properly instead of talk loudly until the whole cafe could hear. Overall, itโs worth coming here for breakfast. Hopefully theyโll improve.
