โ โ โ โ โ Fabulous historic hotel. Beautifully decorated. Right on the sea front. Loved the terrace. Great pool and breakfast on 6th floor. Very comfortable. Staff great. 10-15 min walk to historic Georgetown. Really glad to have stayed there.

โ โ โ โ โ BAD! The hotel card is spoilt, we tot we finding the wrong room, have to go counter to change a new card. HAIR DRYER spoilt, then they send an OLD FASHION hair dryer dono from which decade to use. Room design is old fashion with CARPET that doesnt look well cleaned. Whole room only has one POWER supply to use. CAR PARK is limited. Do not recommend and feel horrible. WASHROOM toilet bowl seat is terrible looked like something stain on it, YELLOWISH. OMG!!!

โ โ โ โ โ Good location if you want to take a walk in the heart of the city. Close to Penang road (Chowrasta market & Love Lane). The hotel staff, most of them are from the golden-ager group, the corridor to the room has an interesting wallpaper (looks like 3D). Room space is standard size, has comfortable basic amenities

โ โ โ โ โ Great place to stay โ I can easily walk to the heritage sites. I am a foodie and I love being able to walk to the best Penang food outlets and then go shopping! I find the hotel nice and clean โ the room looks renovated because it has nice modern air conditioning, bathroom and floor. The staff was very helpful in giving me directions.

โ โ โ โ โ My room was big and clean with great views. Love the air conditioning and modern bathroom. Location wise was excellent โ easy to get to food outlets and tourist spots. I was also able to walk to local shops and a shopping mall. Staff were friendly too. I would come back again.
