★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most popular local bank will always face long queues. This is the branch at Taipan which the other MBB branch back-to-back with Taipan KFC directs you to if you have issues with your loan repayments (go upstairs) Amazingly, the credit loan staff are very polite and helpful.
UPDATE: If you deposited cash at their ATM but some notes got rejected, go to the counter upstairs jumping queue, tell and give them those notes which got rejected at the ATM downstairs. It will be changed immediately on condition they are not fake. This experience of having to earlier queue (could be long) at the ATM and re-queue makes it more practical, convenient, safer and a saving of time and parking money to deposit money via online backing unless for specific reasons, you need to send a copy of the ATM receipt as proof of deposit to your specific client.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Luckily I googled the reviews before coming! Was gonna head off to bandar puteri puchong branch then hesitate because of the review, then came to this branch instead.
Very impressed by the fast service, and friendly assistance by one of the staff at the front counter. Settled my problem within 10 minutes. Kudos to the efficency ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Expected a negative experience with Maybank with the services I needed but I have to say I was pleasantly surprised to be engaged by friendly and helpful staff from when I stepped in the door . Kudos to all the Maybank staff that patiently and efficiently moved my requests along!! Keep it up Maybank USJ 10/1G!
