★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would say that this was my 5 star experience at Suasana. The room was fantastic, with complete facilities and amenities. The kitchenettes were complete with fridge and microwave. Plus, the staffs were very friendly and helpful. DOUBLE THUMBS UP!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have to call hotel and WhatsApp another person to get the key. Need to key in passcode to enter the main door. TV in living room, toilet bowl cover and toilet door in main room was spoiled. Some towel was dirty but luckily have spare extra. Cannot found the hair dryer that mention have provided.Overall is good for the cleaning and convenient location.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked from agoda. First impression of the apartment is spacious and clean. The interior looks new and modern. Check in and out is easy, once arrived call or WhatsApp the person in charge to get the key card and return the key card to the mailbox once you check out. The room only comes with towel and shower gel, so bring your own.
After read review about stain on towel, we did a check on bedsheet and towel and we did found stain on both. We check with the person in charge and he informed then he will get it charge. After replaced with a new one, we still find stains but not the obvious. You can access swimming pool and gym on the top floor. Overall is a spacious room but better if are with a bigger group and need the space.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Moldy, smelly & Substandard, no hot water shower for Subhome Suasana Suites.
- Nirmal +6012 5138776 at Subhome will ask for RM200 deposit despite paid in full for the accommodation via Agoda.
- Nirmal will breach PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act) and ask for your picture copy of Identification Card (IC) to be sent via whatsapp.
- Be prepared for Nirmal not giving you his full name and respond to you via WhatsApp with poor English.
The accommodation:
- Moldy, smelly, non stick cooking pot flaky and severe scratched and toxic for human use,
- No hot water shower!
- toilet wash basin sink without stopper,
- cracks everywhere (poorly maintained),
~ Balcony door broken, unable to lock. Security issue! as near to common public area: swimming pool.
- No free car park, if park at road side despite parking ticket, be prepared to have your car/vehicle go missing by MBJB towing it away! and pay hundreds for fine and hundred for tow.
- WiFi not usable
- no indoor slipper,
- poor quality tea, instant coffee.
- poor quality shampoo
- dirty, tattered and torn shower towel.

- cig smoke filled esp 09-09

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good location, 10min walk from custom & 2 shopping malls just across the road. Checked in by friendly staff over counter & pleased to see a clean & spacious apartment. Hotel guest can get discount at some of the restaurants downstairs by showing the card key. WIFI is strong & almost everything is provided except toothbrush/paste & hair dryer. Another minus point is the loud honk from the custom at night can be quite disturbing. But overall is a great place to stay for family.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Location-Good. The location is very good. Price is like half of the surrounding 5 stars hotels like DoubleTree and Amari and Suasana All Suites.Service-Service is so so. It is like air b&b style and you do not even see the owners of the properties. There are like 1-2 staffs working for them from passing you the lift access card, door passcode, wifi password and access card returning.Cleanliness-Not too clean especially the basin at the kitchenette. Saw meat remnants at the kitchenette basin.Amenities-Only very basic amenities are provided which are shampoo, shower gel and towel. There is no toothbrush or toothpaste provided. Coffee sachets can be found in the drawer in the kitchenette. TV programmes selection is very limited.Areas is very spacious. Wifi signals were very strong. Overall experience still not bad compared with the price paid.
